Individual Therapy

Maybe you're stuck in your thoughts, constantly trying to figure things out or bracing for what could go wrong. Maybe your mind doesn’t seem to turn off at night, or you replay conversations wondering if you said the wrong thing. You might feel overwhelmed by responsibilities, second-guessing your decisions, or carrying a quiet pressure to hold everything together.

Some people come to therapy feeling exhausted from overthinking, constantly seeking reassurance, or feeling trapped in patterns they can’t seem to break. Others feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in self-criticism, or unsure how to navigate a major life transition- whether that’s a career change, a relationship shift, becoming a parent, or adjusting to a new chapter of life.

You may also notice that certain thoughts or fears keep pulling your attention- memories you wish you could shake, worries that won’t let you rest, or a mind that keeps searching for certainty and answers that never quite feel like enough.

Individual therapy is a space to slow down and explore what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll gently understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and build practical ways to move through life with more clarity, flexibility, and ease.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or distant. It can be a warm, thoughtful space where you feel understood and supported; where you can show up exactly as you are and begin to loosen the grip of patterns that no longer serve you. You don’t have to white-knuckle your way through things on your own anymore.
